Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by RV Master Tech. By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, you agree to these terms.

Estimates

All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Additional problems discovered during diagnosis or repair may require additional labor or parts. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed whenever practical.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept approved payment methods offered at the time of service.

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of up to 15% every 30 days, where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for all collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees if collection becomes necessary.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a service call fee.

Service Call Fees

Service call fees cover travel time, fuel, vehicle expenses, scheduling, and technician dispatch. These fees are separate from repair labor and are generally non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.

Parts

Customers are responsible for the cost of all parts installed.

Special-order parts may require payment before ordering and may be non-returnable.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts whenever applicable.

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, weather, road hazards, rodents, or acts of nature

  • Provide safe access to the RV.

  • Ensure pets are secured.

  • Disclose known issues before service.

  • Maintain adequate battery power, propane, and utilities necessary for testing when applicable.
